To expedite the warranty repair process, we encourage our customers to retain the original packaging box. This ensures secure transportation of the scooter back to our workshop, minimizing the risk of damage during transit.

1. Warranty Period
The warranty for the electric scooter (“Product”) provided by FRONTIVE Blaz Volavc s.p. covers a period of 12 months from the date of purchase by the original end-user purchaser. The battery is covered under warranty for 12 months from the purchase date. Customers have the option to extend the warranty for an additional 12 months, subject to FRONTIVE’s terms and conditions.
2. What the Warranty Covers
This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, FRONTIVE Blaz Volavc s.p. will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
